Have to confess that i avoided the scales this week!!
Bank holidays are not good for diet, but back on track today!

Enjoy your holiday, especially as you're a lot slimmer than you were 2 months ago.

Whenever I go on holiday, I always come back rested, fully motivated to get rid of the holiday lbs and I ALWAYS start again on phase 1 (the fast track fortnight) to kick start me again and the holiday weight just drops off.
