Well I have returned back from my holiday with a 2 lb gain which I am sooo pleased about plus it was * week whilst on holiday ;) - so now I am back on the SW wagon and gonna get rid of those 2 lbs ASAP.

LUNCH: ORIGINAL Fishy meal

Tuna Salad Lettuce, tomato, carrot, pepper, Beetroot
Mayo - Ex Lite - 1 syn

Choc & Fudge Alpen & Quark Cheesecake (1 x Alpen = (1/2 HEb) (Melted)

I've been looking at your mix2match diary days with interest. Think I will try it, I like it more than extraeasy.
I just wanted to ask a couple of things:
when you mix couscous with yoghurt, what proportions do you use?
How do you make and how do you syn the home-made honeycomb? sounds yummy

Cous cous mixed with yoghurt (Hot or Cold)

Method

1. I just pour cous cous into a bowl (I don't measure)

2. I put 3-4 sweetex tablets into a cup, add boiling water 1/2 - 3/4 of the way up the cup then pour this hot & sweet water over cous cous.

3. Leave to soak for about 5 minutes, once cous cous is soft make it fluffy with a fork then mix in yogurt - I then put this into a microwave for a about a minute or 2 as I like it hot.

4. If you do not eat it all in one go it will keep in the fridge until the following day.

I got the recipe from minimins so if you do a search it should come up, if not I shall give you the recipe, just let me know.

Ok,

I had 4 days off plan so I am not gonna put my food diary up here for those days

I will however tell you I put on 4lbs :eek: so I have drawn a line under it and started a fresh from Tuesday.

Thanks for replying. I shall go green(or maybe figure out mix2max)???? :confused:
tomorrow and make the cous-cous yoghurt for a nice snack.
I found the honeycomb recipe thanks, sounds easy enough!
