Bacon, mushroom, 1 x cheese (14g 1/2 HEa) & herb omelette
1/2 tin ravioli = 2

LUNCH:

Ate Flapjacks & Cheesecase at work - whoops

TEA: Spagetti Bolognaise:

Ex Lean Mince, peppers, mushrooms, onions, tin tomatoes, garlic, carrots, Bovril, Worcester Sauce, spagetti

HE's

skimmed milk - tea 1/2 HEa
14g cheese - (1/2 HEa)

HEb) Didn't have 1 - whoops

SYNS:

mini Flapjacks at school = ?????
2 x pieces of cheesecake at school = ???

SW Chips, Fish (Frozen Pollock) , Beans, SW BBQ Sauce (2 syns for Balsamic Dressing)

2 x Alpen Lights - HEb

SYNS:

1 x scan bran = 1
extra light mayo = 1
balsamic dressing = 2

TOTAL SYSNS = 4 :) (cut down as I have had lot of syns the past few days)

Salad: Ham, Mixed Salad leaves, Tomato, Pepper, pickled onions

Jacket with (14g - 1/2 HEa) + 28 g HEa,
Beans, Mixed salad leaves

HE's

skimmed milk - tea 1/2 HEa
14g cheese - 1/2 HEa - jacket potato

28g cheese- HEa - jacket

28g Branflakes + 1 scan bran - HEb
ONLY HAD 1 HEb (wasn't hungry for the other 1)

(this was all mixed together & fish flaked up and it was yummy)

Homemade Fruit Salad with Frozen mixed in, squirty cream = 1 Syn

Golden Savoury Rice, mixed with SW BBQ sauce (2 syns for balsamic dressing),
Frozen Fish (Pollock) & tried Lemon Sole Fish (Not so nice)
(this was all mixed together & fish flaked up)

Not had a good day today, I am going on holiday this saturday & I always try and loose a couple of pounds before I go (but don't always manage it) :rolleyes: plus I don't want to buy any more food b4 holiday so having to make due with what food I have in cupboards/fridge etc.

START OF HOLIDAY FOR 1 WEEK

Well I weighed myself this morning and I have STS as Monday's weigh in so quite pleased about that (had fishy meals most days this week which I think helped) plus went over my syns for the week.

Lets hope I do not put too much on when I return from holiday :eek:

Let the fun begin!! :cool:
