Wk 2 Day 1 - Wednesday

4lbs off in week 1 which I am very pleased with.

Buckle down to week 2 now!

Breakfast - OSS made with water (3), jam (1)

Lunch - salad - rocket leaves, tomatoes and cucumber on a bed of 2 slices of 50/50 crusts away (2), 200g Tesco flamegrilled chicken chunks (5) 50g creamy coleslaw (3), followed by mango chunks and ML Vanilla yog (2)

Tea - Tesco LC Moussaka (7) with veg ++, WW fromage frais (1)

Snacks - 1/4pt skimmed milk for brews x 3 (1), WW mini chocolate roll (2), bag hula hoops (4) Mars bar ice cream (4), 1 measure whisky (2)

Daily points = 37/29

Weekly points = 8/49

Back later to amend fully.

thank you and no I don't at all - but I am allergic to kitchens so you may find very easily it gets very tedious and repetitive!!

But I tend to follow a few and then see if I get any inspiration from them!

what a lovely day it has been, my last day off before 6 shifts, so I have had a lovely relaxing day, and am now showered, ready to beat "the Chase" at 5pm, and have a few hours catching up with odds and sods before an early night.

Wk 2 Day 2 - Thursday

Breakfast - grapefruit segments, 2 x 50/50 crustless (2) 1 tsp jam (1)

Lunch - slice Victoria sponge, black coffee (6)

Tea - M&S count on us Thai green curry and rice (10) M&S count on us skinny chocolate frappe dessert (3)

Snacks - 1/2pt skimmed milk (3) bag hula hoops (4) pack chewits (3)

Daily points = 32/29

Weekly points used so far = 11/49

Week 2 Day 3 - Frida

Breakfast - OSS (3) made with water, 1 tsp (1), grapefruit segments

Lunch - Tesco LC prawn cocktail (8) with salad - toms, leaves, cucumber, WW Fromage frais (1)

Tea - M&S count on us Braised steak with onions, carrots and gravy (9) and veg, tin fruit chunks with ML vanilla yog (2)

Snacks - 1/4 semi skimmed milk (2) 1/4 skimmed milk (1), banana, 3 x Tesco LC dutch crispbakes (2), humus (4)

Daily points = 33/29

Weekly points used = 15/49

Breakfast - grapefruit segments, WW fromage frais (1), alpen light bar (2)

Lunch - Tesco LC Lamb moussaka (7)

Tea - Tesco flame grilled prawns in garlic and parsley (4) with salad, salad cream (1), packet Tesco LC Thai Green curry flavour cassava crackers (2) ML Strawberry (2)

Anytime - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1) semi skimmed milk (2), 60g slice home made bara brith (5) 2 x Roses (2), WW mini chocolate roll (2)

Daily points used = 31/29

Weekly points used = 17/49

Breakfast - alpen light (2)

Lunch - Tesco LC Minced beef with potatoes, (5) and veg, WW FF layers (1)

Tea - 130g Tesco flamegrilled chicken pieces (3), boiled egg (2), 1 tbsp Heinz Light SC (1) and salad, ML Strawberry (2), Tesco LC Carvalle crackers (or something or other) (2)

Anytime - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1), 2 x roses (2), barabrith (6) with 1tsp Lurpak (1), banana, pack chewits (3), WW mini jaffa roll (2)

Daily points - 33 /29

Weeklies used to date = 21/49

Wk 2 Monday - Day 6

Breakfast - 2 rounds 50/50 crustless (2) 2 tsp strawberry jam (2)

Lunch - M&S count on us Moroccan spiced chicken and filo pastry tart (7) with veg

Tea - 130g Tesco flamegrilled chicken (3) boiled egg (2), salad cream (1) with salad, ML Strawberry (2)

Anytime - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1) 1/4pt semi skimmed milk (2), pack chewits (3) pack Tesco LC crackers (2), 75g slice Barabrith with 1 tsp lurpak (8)n2 x WW mini choc rolls (4)

Daily points = 39/29

Weekly points used = 31/49

My working hours at the moment aren't giving me any time to come on and read thru threads, just sticking my points on so I can stay on track, but hopefully some time off at the weekend will get me up to speed with how everyone is getting on!! :)


Week 2 Day 7 - Tuesday


Breakfast - nothing

Lunch - WW frozen Beef Hotpot (6) with veg, tinned strawberries in juice drained with ML Vanilla yog (2)

Tea - salad with 130g Tesco flamegrilled chicken chunks (3), boiled egg (2) salad cream (1), M&S Count on us raspberry panacota dessert (3)

Snacks - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1), 1/4pt semi skimmed milk (2), Tesco LC crackers (2), Barabrith 75g (7) 1tsp Lurpak (1), alpen light (2), WW mini choc roll (2)

Daily points = 34 /29

Weeklies used so far = 36/49
 
Week 3 Day 1 - Wednesday

1lb off last week - still going in right direction, and on track for my targets. I'd like 2 off this week tho!! :)

Breakfast - WW mini roll (2) strawberries drained of all juice, with Vanilla ML yog (2)

Lunch - WW chicken curry (8) with salad veg

Tea - 4 x Tesco LC dutch crispbakes (3) with 150g Tesco LC red pepper and pesto cottage cheese (3) and cherry toms, ML Strawberry (2)

Anytime - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1) 1/4pt semi skimmed milk (2), Tesco LC crackers (2), 75g barabrith (6) 1 tsp Lurpak (1)

Daily points = 32/29

Weekly points used = 3/49

Hi Dawn, Well done on your loses so far. I'm just looking at your stats cos they're not far off mine and I think you could be on more than 29 pp daily? I could be wrong but maybe worth looking into, I know how far those extra points can stretch lol! Good luck x

I was on 28 when I originally joined WW online, then dropped to 27 when I dropped into 14st bracket - but I have put it up myself. I would rather have 29 a day because I don't feel as hungry, and adjust it myself. In all honesty my aim is to reduce in my weeklies, so when I drop into the 13st bracket I will drop to 29 per day and 42 weeklies per week....that way I won't feel deprived but have dropped my limits!

You've done very well - do you have a diary on here?

Oh that's good then, I just didn't want you missing out! I'm on 30 now but I started on 35! Ah thanks, you're doing great! You'll get there before you know it! I haven't actually got a diary I started one but kept forgetting about it lol! Any questions feel free to give me a shout! x
