Well today is my first day on RC diet. Went to class last night, never got the exercise done, this was because this week was the first week for the class in our area ever, so lots of people joining.
Doing the 2 week kick start.
Today's plan -
Breakfast - 40 g fruita nd fibre, chopped apple milk
Mid am - apple
Lunch - large mixed salad, 2 slices stoneground bread and wafer thin turker, scrape of lf mayo
Mid pm - Strawberries and yogurt
Tea - low fat ready meal of giant yorkshire pudding and chicken with root veg (Under 350 cals and 5 % fat) served with loads of veg
Evening - piece of fruit
Aiming to do 20 minutes of exercise, even a walk.
