Hi, MellowYellow. I'm pleased to read that you've had a good first day. Be careful with the onion, though, and make sure that you only add a tiny amount - think of it as a seasoning. The less you have, the better on Attack and PP days.

Final Attack Day

Hi everyone,

Well i am on day 3 of attack and my final day :). Looking forward to a bit of salad and veg tomoro.

Attack was ok, not to difficult but it is restrictive. Good to plan ahead.

Fat Free vanilla or Toffe Yogurts are a life saver.

I'd go easy on the vanilla and toffee yogurts - better to have natural and flavour it yourself.
