Day 1 in the BB house!!

Just had a banana shake for breakfast!!
Bit strange as this is my first one!! is not the norm for me to have a shake for breakfast but is ok - determination is still there - that's good news on day 1 ha ha

Have just had a Rooibos black tea with sweetener - quite nice as it goes I might stick with that and not bother with milk in the future is just as nice (although I prefer honey!!)

Going to have the tomato soup for lunch and a bar for dinner after my 20 minute run

in between times I am going to entertain myself with writing an essay on brain architecture which is baffling me

hope everyone well and happy on this fine and blustery morning (well it is in Torquay - Devon!!)

I am so looking forward to the results of this diet I really am
