Well done, Im at the start of week 3 and the frequent trips to the loo seem to have eased over past few days, maybe your body gets used to it or something! Stick with it, think I got into ketosis on day 3, the support on here really helps.

Its best to take it day by day or week by week otherwise the end does seem a way away...
The toilet trips do calm down.. Im on week 10 and dont go so much anymore your body gets used to it.
