Hi all,just wanted to share my excitetment of starting my diet today i hardly slept lastnite thinking what im going to eat,what exersises im going try,i brought myself a skipping rope and wrist weights yesterday
,so got up this morning couldnt face cereal so had an apple and sultana crisp bread thing with a pint of water and took my miracle pill,lunch will be a pear,banana,muller yoghurt another pill then ive got work so my tea wont be until 10.30pm ww vegi meal and another pill! does this sound ok or do you think i should skip latenight meal and wait for breakfast? thanks everybody
