Day 11-diarrhoea and acid reflux??

Awake all night with terrible heartburn/acid reflux-worse than when I was pregnant and diarrhoea too. Is this normal? Can I take rennie/gaviscon? On the plus side, as of last night day 10 I'm 11lbs down so really don't want to stop.....

I'm so sorry to hear you're having problems but your loss is amazing!

You can get sugar free rennies and I guess also gaviscon but they are both probably quite carby - however, needs must ... You need to sort out your discomfort first and try and work out what's caused it ... Hope you feel better soon x
