Step 1 Sole Source Day 11

Well, I never ever thought I'd make a few days let alone up to day 11. Last night I was so proud that I went out with my work mates and just stayed on the water, despite what temptation was put in front of me. Before I would have caved but whilst they were all eating a kebab and other such naughtiness I tucked into a lemon bar that I'd had stashed in my handbag.

It's weigh in on Tuesday and I'm excited as to how this will go...stay strong everyone!!

Well done It is very hard to be around people who are eating, especially if it's something you normally would have enjoyed eating yourself. It sounds like you have the willpower to get you through to your goal, good luck

Awww thanks, I hope I can continue this. What I've learnt is that the mind is so powerful and that I can myself into something as easy as I can talk myself out of something, I have the angel v devil on my shoulders a lot of the time lol x
