Day 3 feeling urgh

    Hi everyone, day 3 for me today and have been fine until i woke up this morning, i am so tired despite 10hours sleep and am really grumpy and miserable. I'll stick to my 3 shakes today i'm not even tempted to stray but i just have no energy at all. Little concerned as i have to work tomorrow (flying for 9hours) and need the energy to work the flight. Any advice would be great.xx

    I am kind of suffering from no energy syndrome aswell this weekend. Need to get so much work done and get ready for work tomorrow etc but i cant lift my backside off my bed. I am back on day 2 of SS after couple of days off being sick...I;d say drink water to revitalize yourself..x

    Thankyou, what a horrible feeling. Every time i get up to do something i get really dizzy and my legs tremble..have also started feeling really sick..have had 2and a half litres already today and still not feeling any better, with a monster headache. Is this normal so early in?
    Hope you start to feel better soon too hun...thankgod it's a Sunday.xx

    Could you be detoxing? If you have eaten a lot of sugary stuff or been drinking strong coffee etc you'll certainly be doing cold turkey. Hope you feel better soon.

    Well i had been really over indulging (even for me) before i started. Was out for meals and drinks all week so lots of junk food and alcohol.As it was t.o.m i did eat a lot of chocolate, maybe that could be it!

    I'm on day 4 and feel quite well today so it should get better, hang in there.

    quite possible that its carb withdrawral. my first time day 3 was shocking as i did have that "last meal" and it was carb overload
    see if splitting your packs for a while to make 6 meals makes a difference.

    my first time on day 3 i spent most of the day layed down in a dark room poping headache pills but i got up bright and bouncy on day 4

    yeah exactly the same situation here...My mom is flying back to london from abroad tmrw so got to get the house supper clean + got to drive to heathrow tomorrow to pick her, so many tasks and energy = 0..

    Aww chick, awful isn't it but hopefully judging by sumayyah's post we'll be ok tomorrow. I have never been a big coffee or tea drinker but i just had a black coffee and feel surprisingly better, maybe needed a bit of caffine. I have to be at Heathrow in the morning too to fly to New York for the night and home..our NY passengers are known for being demanding at the best of times so hopefully my mood gets better for their sakes lol!
    I can't split packs yet as i bought all ready mades due to not being able to make them up at work and my cdc thought it would be easier to just do my first week on ready mades, think i'll try introducing soups and splitting packs next week tho.x

    Can we only drink black tea?? Not green and white tea?? I hopw you are feeling better soon aigirl! I am on my first day, and I have a terrible headache.. But we can do this!! Soon we will be slim :) :) It's worth it! :)

    yes you can have green tea, i think when their referring to black tea they mean making it minus the milk

    Thankyou Norwaygirl, yeah i meant with no milk and i add sweetners, the tablet ones tho not the powder type. Keep drinking your water to help your head babe.xxxx

    Okey, thanks! Yeah, I drink A LOT of water! I keep running to the toilet all the time! It's quite annoying because we are at our cabin in the mountains and we only have a outdoor toilet here and it is raining A LOT today! Hehe..

    Day 2 was like that for me also, I felt dreadful but I stuck with it and day 3 was fine and I am on day 9 now with no problems since.
    Stick with it, you will soon have energy to burn

    What about all the trips to the toilet? I'm not used to drink so much water so I keep running to the toilet ALL THE TIME!! hihi... I hope that this will get better after a few days??!!??

    Thanks Maro, am feeling better already so fingers crossed for tomorrow. I think running to the toilet every min will slow down Norwaygirl, well it has for me and i'm drinking the same amount.x

    aww bless ta, hope your body adjusts soon and you start too feel better - sounds like withdrawel symptoms though.

    im on day 5 and it does get better. i still find myself sometimes craving and fantasising about food - mainly naughty carbs! but its been ok.. and now im full of energy. stick with it! :D xx
