Step 1 Sole Source Day 3

I'm on day 3 and I travel a great deal for work. I have just had an hour of hell waiting in a train station surrounded by pasties, sandwiches and chocolate adverts. I sipped my black tea grumpily.
Now about to embark on a 4 1/2 hr train journey in first class - all food free with my shakes tucked in my bag
So determined but finding it soooo hard right now
