I am!

nothing's gonna spoil my mood today!

and do you know what? The chocolate craving has gone! Used to have 2 curly wurlys a day - now if i have a craving i just reach for a piece of SF chewing gum.

Was actually looking forward to eating my muffins this morning and made home-made yogurt with one of my food flavourings that came in the post yesterday.

Not giving up now - we can do this!!!

Congrats on the super weightloss Curvygirlie you must be really happy.

Well Attack Day 1 over for me and I have lost 3 pounds so like you I am happy too and excited about what's to come.

I agree with you totally and the SF gum is something I will reach for when the craving for sugar starts that's for sure:D

I was only prescribed 2 days attack as not got a great deal of weight to shift. But I'm so glad i carried on...

the experienced dukaners on here only recommend what is advised by Dr Dukan. However brilliant weight loss - which flavouring did you buy? I havent bought any yet, didnt know if they were worth it.

i bought a few from swedish connections:
Prestige Essences | Alcohol & Food Flavourings | Swedish Connections

lemon
mango
orange
cherry
butterscotch
condensed milk (smells heavenly)
banana

only 55p each and about £3 for delivery.

I used some plain fat free yoghurt with lemon flavouring and spoon full of splenda - it tasted like lemon sherbet! Gorgeous!

Gonna try using the banana, butterscotch for my next batch of muffins - can't wait! x

just had a thought, how utterly awesome would it be if i could lose another pound 2moro morning and reach that golden half stone in 5 days?

i'm so ungrateful, like 6lb in 4 days isn't enough already! LOL!!:D

and i must add, i've been exercising as well, so that will probably have boosted the numbers

day 1 attack - swam 40 lengths
day 2 attack - 30 min interval run (steady run/fast run etc)
day 3 attack - body pump class (weight training) and 30 min interval run
day 4 attack - 2 hours ski-ing @ chill factor

this morning (day 5) - body pump class and 10 min run

Hey C.G great to hear you have been exercising and hard too.
I love exercising makes me happy and gets rid of stress of life etc;
Did you feel tired or weak at all?

oh yes i have felt quite tired, especially the first three days but i find doing regular exercise gives me more energy (sounds daft i know)

came down with a bad sore throat yesterday morning, think it may be carb withdrawal symptons because boy did i love my carbs! x
