I'm on day 5 and feeling much better. I decided to change up my food today, I've been having eggs and spinach or tomatoes and I wanted a wee change. So I made chicken in tomato sauce with courgette noodles, all weighed out and under 10 grams of carbs. I added chilli and smoked paprika to it, it was absolutely amazing. I forgot how good courgette noodles are.
