Day 5 of 2nd time around

I'm on day 5 and feeling much better. I decided to change up my food today, I've been having eggs and spinach or tomatoes and I wanted a wee change. So I made chicken in tomato sauce with courgette noodles, all weighed out and under 10 grams of carbs. I added chilli and smoked paprika to it, it was absolutely amazing. I forgot how good courgette noodles are.
 
Day 6
Feeling great today, think I'm in ketosis for sure, more energy and no hunger. I had tuna, tomato and courgette noodles today for lunch, under 5g of carbs and under 200 calories, it was lovely. My mum came to collect my boys and told me I need to go on a diet, gee thanks mum 😂 she doesn't know about exante, I'm sure she'd disapprove.
 
It's going great, seems easier this time but I'm eating well, healthy meats and veg, last time I scoffed a bar instead of having any food. Also having a splash of milk in tea, last time I didn't. May not get as fast results but my jeans are fitting better at least.
