Step 1 Sole Source + Day 6 done !

Well I was weighed this morning and I've lost 5 pounds so far and 1inch off my waist, 1inch off my arms and also my thighs ! And I haven't completed a week yet .
Had porridge, milkshake and just had a mushroom omelette .....made with two eggs, some water and some mushrooms. I used 1cal spray to fry mushrooms first and in the eggs I added pepper, salt, and mixed herbs . Pour into pan , when bottom is done add mushrooms and pop pan under grill , this will make rest of omelette cook and it rises .
It was actually very nice much to my surprise !
