Attack Day 6 on attack

Hi everyoneiv lost 5lbs in 5 days on attack :) my question is: iv been eating onken fat free vanilla yogurt and fat free activia yogurts throughout these 5 days and iv read online i shouldnt be eateing either!!!! But i feel im in ketosis i rarely feel hungry and iv lost 5lbs! What do you all think?

Hiya welcome and what a great loss. Natural yogurt flavored with whatever you favorite flavorings are are advised. There's too many sugar is the ones you said but you have lost. I've always ate muller toffees and vanilla yoghurts and more recently lemon and lost. But if you flow the advice you losses will be more. Good luck xxx
 
Most of us have done something in attack that wasn't right, mine was Ham!! Sid is right though that you are likely to lose better as you go into cruise if you have the right ones. I used to buy Asda Smart Price Lo Fat Yogurt 55p, now I make my own.

I do use Muller occasionally in my muffins though, as the portion rate works out to about 12th pot per muffin.
 
I did the same with onken. I switched to total 0% with sweetner added myself :)
