Gym this morning half hour weights and walking lunges

Naughty- two choc marks and spencer biscuits
 
Ended up with 4 biscuits and some humous and carrots before bed over cals for the day but not terrible

My poor doggy going in the vet today to be spayed and have dew claws removed so feel a bit stressed and emotional do food diary later
 
Been over calories a few days but have been doing lots of training and have been really hungry. Weight does not seem to be going up so must need it

Morning ladies still on house arrest with my poor dodgy put she is getting better

Yesterday went well had sweet potato wedges for lunch instead of sardines and had fruit salad before bed

Gym today then going to walk around village fete so should be fine
 
Hi how are you ? I like fat free yog with a tea soon of honey through it

Then Jammy pink and white wafers are only 55 cals each and they are really sweet nice microwaved for 10 sec so they go gooey as well
 
Food was not perfect yesterday did all the prep but where I am stick at home I picked had a bag of crisps and single twix and some peanut butter on toast
