Day one - struggle

    Hi all, started LT today (yes, saturday am i mad!):eek:.

    Had 2 shakes not too bad, but feel hungry and a bit sorry for myself. :cry:

    Had to do the weekly shop came home starving after looking at all that food!:mad:

    Drinking lots and peeing loads!:tear_drop:
    Hope it's all worth it, got to keep on track!:)

    Oh well done doing a shop, I started on a Sat too so I wouldn't be all weak in work so by Monday I was almost in ketosis!
    Oh it's so exciting well done for coming aboard!!

    Well done for starting LT, feeling sorry for yourself, why?
    I love going shopping and smelling the bakery, meats and fish, might be mad though?
    What do you mean 'HOPE' its worth it of course it is look at everyones results. You stick at it and you will soon be where you want to be.......Good Luck and Well Done X;)


    Shaz, the first few days are the hardest, but once ketosis kicks in you will feel a lot better !
    Just keep drinking as much water as you can !!

    well done or making it through your shopping trip!! hope to see you on here more often, you will get all the support and inspiration you need from this forum. you will be in keto by midweek ands it does get a lot easier hun otherwise non of us would do this diet, we would choose ww or slimming world where you can eat. good luck honey and keep us posted, heres to next friday or saturday weigh in. xx
