Day One

Hi everyone
I did LL last year and lost nearly 5 stone. 13/4 has crept back on!! Thought I would give exante a go as cheaper than LL. I had a bar earlier which was delicious but am now drinking a banana shake -yuk!! I only ordered a weeks supply to see how I get on I think I am going to find it hard only having three packs.

we sound similar kathryn, I started exante today after doing LL last year, although today I've actually used my LL packs as my exante have not arrived yet! I've ordered a months worth so will have to just 'suck it up' if I don't like the taste. Hope tomorrow is better for you and quickly into ketosis xx
