I started again yesterday with a fresh set of eyes and below is my food diary but have since been told I have not eaten enough so that might have been my downfall!!!
2 Alpen Light bars
4 Clementines
1 Pear
2 bananas
Mullerlight Yogurt with Grapes and Raspberries
2 Jacket potatoes with plain Tuna and HEx Cheese
Small glass of wine (syns)
I knwo two peopel who will comment on this and I am going to be positive and keep going this time.
