    I have been up since 5.30 and the hungers just kicked in, its not too bad and i know it will pass but trying to hang on before I have my porridge. Must say though tummy seems a lot less bloated, not bad after 2 full days. Carn't wait for my weigh in on tuesday counting the days :wave_cry:

    had my day three yesterday. was awfeul. by the evening i was cuddled up in bed with a headache and achy limbs. was CRAVIN meat like mad. i had to fight all the usual thoughts of "sod it! what am i doing? kebabs and hot wings are just round the corner from me!!!!!"

    just went to bed and slept it off, knowing that i started ketosis yeseterday morning

    Good, you did the best thing going to bed and are the stronger for it. Its people like you who inspire us all xx

    You are going through the really hard bit, but are coping very well, Tuesday will show you how well you have done with a nice big loss. keep it up your doing great.
