Day1 restart on pp

    I joined last night after coming off cambridge diet. i lost 18,5lb in 3 weeks and i am proud.
    I fort the time was right to move across to ww to loose the last stone. an now i joined a gym.
    I no many on here dont think its the right choice but i feel it was....
    Gym program being set tonight....

    I don't see anything wrong with VLCD's if you do em properly, and take all the advice about water etc. You did well to lose what you did! Hopefully the smaller losses with ww won't put you off now :p
