Well, I must admit, I thorughly enjoyed it!!!!
the supper was, in all fairness pretty much on plan,and could've made it on plan, as was the cider and whiskey, I should've measured, but - well, that's why I'm doing it properly again!!!

My husband wouldn't even notice if I had repainted the place never mind sorted out the kitchen!!

Well done for being so industrious though!

WEll, I've had a busy time of it..... I don't normally get on-line much at the weekend, but last week I've been visiting, or had family staying with me all week, and 4 meals out!!

I've had a totally rubbish week, put on 2.5lb - but no surprise when you consider I've eaten really naughty off plan (SW wise) and far, far too much alcohol!!
Oh, and I also missed a DD too....so, back on plan as of last Thursday

Gonna do a quick food update

Fri 15Feb

L: smoked salmon, ff cottage cheese, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, beetroot // mullerlight
D: harvester - rib & chicken combo, jacket potato, salad

Introduced Ken to some fruit yesterday he'd not had before.... Mango, sharon fruit & kiwi - he liked the kiwi most

B: deep filled mushroom, onion, ham & cheese omelette & tinned toms

L: Fruit - apple, pear, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple, mango, sharon fruit, ff natural yogurt

S: cheesy curls (like quavers but better)

D: peri-peri chicken, rice & peas, salad
S: snacking platter - wholemeal bread, phili light, smoked salmon, king prawns, gherkin, pickled onions, cucumber, olives, tomato, celery

washed down with a few coors light - needed to use some syns!!

pretty good day Weds, a quick supermarket shop, bought a new jacket - £4 from the charity shop, don't want to spend loads whilst I'm still losing
and a few beers (3 pints cider) lunchtime with Ken & his son

B: weetabix & milk // orange

L: Cheese, onion & tomato omelette with beans

D: quorn mince & mash with veg

S: kitkat chunky

Actually, with EE you've hit the nail on the head
EE is well, as the name implies, extra easy
You have the right info there, and yes, the only things that need to be weighed/measured are healthy extras & syns
By adding the 1/3 superfree you are automatically reducing your calories, as you eat less.
Yep pasta, potatoes, no weighing, just need the superfree
I often make soup from superfree veg - a bowlful whilst dinner is cooking reduces my appetite, adds superfree, and keeps me going until I'm ready to serve up

Well, went out shopping - ended up (although planned) buying some new motorcycle gear
Then before WI bought some new undies - my bras have got a bit tatty, strange though, although my bust has gone down 6 inches since August,I've bought bigger bras ??? Well, same measurement but bigger cup size although they really have shrunk - maybe its just the sizing for the style or something - anyway, totally weird

Well, WI gave me 1lb off - not great, but the right way
