Well, I've changed my eating/fasting days around as I've a few things coming up that I already know about,
so normally Sun/Tue/Thur are DD with double UD Fri/Sat, then Mon & Weds,
This week will be Sat/Mon/Thu DD, Tue/Fri UD and maybe ID on Weds

Quick foodie update:

Fri 7th
Lunch: BBQ quorn sticky fillets, onion,carrot,swede,turnip,celery
(was making a soup with the veg, but it boiled dry!!! managed to save some of the veg though)
Mid afternoon snack: cheese, onion, mushroom & tomato omelette
Dinnner: - Christmas party

Sat 8th - DD
black coffee, diet coke

Sun 9th
Brunch: bacon & omelette sandwich
Snack: ham & laughing cow blue roll-ups with cucumber & cherry toms
Dinner: poached eggs, SW chips, bacon, mushroom, onion & tomatoes

So, a good on-plan SW UD on Sunday

DD today.....

Mon 10th Dec - DD
Black coffee, herbal tea, bovril

Was so flipping cold this evening that I decided to have a mug of bovril - haven't had it for donkeys years, oh yum, it was lovely, so I had 2 lol

It was my DD yesterday and decided to give your tea-coffee-buillon (no bovril in the house) plan a go and it was my easiest DD so far!!!! Under 100 cals and easy to stick to! thank you xxx
 
I will be doing the same on all my DDs! It's just so much easier...

Do you mind if I ask you a few SW questions? I am struggling to eat normally on my UDs so I am planning to combine SW and this, however I was wondering how many syns you have on your SW days?
 
I've done SW far longer than JUDDDD and have always used weekly syns, usually 70-90 a week, now I'm fasting too, as SW is quite low fat, I've now upped to 105 a week, ie 15 a day but eat them combined over the week, of course, this at the moment with all the going out its probably a bit more...but normally it works fine, I tend to drink most of mine, so some days don't eat any

Sorry, not been about as I'm away on biz in Denmark...no DD, but good lunches... Salad, fish & meat
Dinners, well, Erm, not so good, loads of bread and beer- food a bit calorific, and some of its a bit fatty too (tastes great!!)
Will do a proper catch-up when I'm home
 
Hi everyone - sorry I've been MIA, what with Denmark, Christmas, New Year and finishing work I've been all over the place!!!
Anyway, I'm still here, sort of on plan, still doing DD, and not doing too bad

Well, a bit of an update, life seems to be all over the place....
So, a week in Denmark, nice place, but flipping expensive, glad that I went on business, as the prices were awful...so, so glad I decided not to take a job there, but pleased I went
Christmas was quiet, just Ken and I, although we spent Christmas Eve in the pub with his daughter & son in law,
The day itself we had egg & beans on toast lol - due to late breakfast, a couple of lunchtime pints, and the evening at his granddaughters.
Boxing Day we had our dinner - roast pheasant - therefore, no leftovers!!
Then Friday at his daughters for a party.
I had to work between Christmas & NY, but did so from home, then went to the office NYE for my last half day, clearing my desk, taking my phone & stuff back, they let us keep our laptops, but its been completely wiped, so can't use it at the mo...no operating system or anything!!
Plus we went out for lunch, expecting the 4 of us still employed, plus my assistant on maternity leave, it ended up as myself and another guy who's there consulting for a couple of months, then one brought his wife & 2 daughters, the other brought his wife & 2 of their grandsons, and the girl on ML brought her husband and baby-not quite the dept. farewell lunch as expected!!

Ken & I had an early pint (only one) NYE, hate NY in pubs, far, far too busy, so was home by 745
Ken moved in last weekend, so I had to make space for him lol - about time too, we've been together 14 years!!

Then this week we've had my Aunt over for a couple of days as she had a weeks holiday - wow, busy, busy, busy !!

Weightwise I'm quite happy -

Weighed before Denmark, missed a week, then between Christmas & NY WI and only put on 1.5lb (13-27 Dec) had a STS after NY, and this week (Thur) lost 0.5lb... So the extra 1lb will be gone by next WI

Have been OKish foodwise (too much drink & a few extras) and apart from the week away and Christmas Day still been having my DD - obviously helps!!
Anyway, back on plan 100% now - and feel great

Phew...long post, will update food later
Still haven't caught up on my threads, but will, I promise lol

OK, I've not been online for a while, and even longer since I've been on the website, and not the phone app, so I've updated my stats and signature.

Well, I met my mini Xmas challenge, 10lbs in 10 weeks, and pleased to say that I lost 14.5

So, I've committed to a Summer:character00238: Challenge, which is 28 Weeks until end of July, again planning a pound a week, which should bring me a few pounds away from target, or what I think is target, I will of course re-evaluate it closer to that time.

I will continue SW, with 3 fasting days a week (Sun,Tues, Thurs), WI is still Thursday night at my SW group, and I will continue to weekly syn (need enough syns for a Friday pint or 2:beer8:)

Evening down the pub - did well, only had 2 pints of cider (not a lot for me LOL)

Supper: hot chocolate (made with milk) & chewy bar

Lunch: HM broccoli soup

Dinner: creamy Fish Medley & veg // fruit salad & yogurt
