I usually weigh on a Sunday but because I was away this weekend I weighed myself on saturday and I had put 1lb on, HOWEVER this morning after 3 days of fun, eating loads but no fruit or mullerlight yoghurts of which i was eating 3 a day, I weighed this morning and I have lost 1lb from Saturday so basicly I have STS which I will definitely take, I know now I will have to be extra careful because I guess my excesses could catch up but today i am happy
