I've lost 2lb this week, which is good but not as good as I would have liked, going to have to go some to achieve the target I've set myself, maybe I was being a bit too optimistic, also I was expecting great things after 4 days of super speed soup, never mind, better off than on.

Really pleased with my weight loss this week as it had started to slow down a bit but re-read my book and got motivated. Must have worked as I got 3lbs off!!
