Can't post properly but I lost 4.5lb. My friend (who has been rather naughty) has lost a whopping 8.5lb!!!! Maybe hot dogs and garlic bread is the answer.

Evening All,

A 5lb loss for me this week....

It could have and should have been better....

I was 100% until Sat when I cheated slightly, but Sunday well lets say I cheated a lot....

Visiting family this week so not in control of my food choices so must be very good with the choices I can make until then....
