I'll be very lucky if I loose this week, I have a party on Friday and there's free sandwiches and wine :/ I'll try not to go too crazy, but I know what I'm like. I only had one syn yesterday though... can't decide whether to have 5 syns or anything up to 10 the rest of the days....

Then next week I'm at Castleton and that's going to be a mini Christmas with cake and cheese and biscuits ect. :/ so really don't expect a loss that week.
