Lol my goal is small this month and by previous experience I'll STS next 2 weeks and woosh end of month. You've done great this month with such a strong target as well!

haha I think its wise to have a small goal in December as most people eat and drink plenty. I usually do too but this year I'm pretty much staying on plan as I'm desperate to get to goal asap. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to lose another 8lbs this month but I'll try my best. be so good to start 2017 in the next stone down x x

Good morning all,

another 1lb gone this morning. that's 8lbs lost and 7lb to go for Decembers target. I'm so pleased as 2lbs a week loss is great so really I would've been happy with 8lbs this month, be amazing if I can lose 7lbs more
