I was on completing food diary the other week & thought well I do that anyway, then last weeks was change an eating plan but didn't really understand it so didn't bother, erm so answer to your question for me must be yes

I'm happy to do 'change eating plan' if somebody can explain to me what it means.

I finished it, well apart from the last few weeks which I found not very exciting, maybe we could all do it again maybe beg Sept so it ties in with just before Christmas!!!!
