Delivery packaging

Hey looking at ordering exante today , I live in a flat and often difficult to have parcels delivered! I always have things delivered to work , I work in a gym lol and just wondered what the packaging is like?? Is it really obvious it's a diet? Does that make sense ?

hey it comes in a brown cardbaord box , no logos or anything on , so not obvious
