I'm not sure what step you are on but I like to chop tomato into little chunks and mix it in with the tuna, then have it on a jacket spud :)

Yeah, pasta sounds nice. I'm trying to avoid anything too carby though, since I'm losing well on 1000, rather than stepping up through the plans if you see what I mean. Still can have 40g of pasta though, according to the CD bible.

I'm tempted just to have a salad and scoff a couple of tins of tuna lol

I was craving tuna too... so much so that I had to move up to SS+ to satisfy my craving...

Before CD I wouldn't touch tuna without mayo and sweetcorn, but my god, it was bliss just on it's own... with some pepper and balsamic vinegar.

I'm going to have to have tuna for my tea now!!
