Yes I was really pleased last night and relaxed by watching dexter! Today I'm going to do some study at work & if I can take tomorrow off. Then the last essay will be gone. Started it last night so got a few bits down. Weight not looking any less. I just cannot deviate at all or I'm punished! I actually had a very light day yesterday. Frylight egg sandwich, coffees, squash, chilli mince left from sat, grapes, total 0%. I had only 3 syns & 1 b but not on purpose- just so caught up in my essays. Did c25k. But honestly just find it way too hard. Won't be doing that for a while!

Hoping k is back at work today. Will have a lot o go through with her but may even come home this afternoon to study if I can.

A new week!! Could be a tricky one as I'm going to Surrey this weekend to see my niece but will take supplies!! Have a great day xx

I think when exercise becomes very hard or a chore it's time to sod it off and choose something else...maybe you just need a few nights off from it, I don't know I only do walking and the SW exercise class and that nearly kills me off lol

I think I'm looking at 0.5 if that!! We will see. Yesterday was a very light day unintentionally but in general I'm eating plenty.

Come home to work on my last essay to try to get it done. Will do the same tomorrow if necessary. Here I go...!

I'm a bit easy come easy go about it as it has been a tough week. 13 hour work days, job 'interview', discovering the essays you thought we're due in 2 months are due 2 days ago etc!!!! Still not world Enders and when this one is submitted and wi is done yoohoo I will have a mini celebration!!

You stalking?! Not as much as I stalked your first weigh in - I was actually soooo nervous that day! Honestly we're a right pair!

Mutter mutter ... effing badger cull ..... mutter mutter raising in volume. We went to a hide somewhere in an orchard in Hertfordshire I think it was. We went with the Epping wildlife something or other and sat in comfy chairs in what was essentially a big shed with french windows, lights outside and food down for the badgers and some foxes who turned up as well. Maybe you know it?

I don't know that but it sounds great. Later this week I have to go and feed some badgers in the next village. We have to do it on a rota. A lady did it daily til this year when she died and they are now fed just once a week. Really lovely to see them but a real hike to get there and c-c-c-cold! Worth it though.

I was getting so cross writing the assignment. There really is zero scientific evidence- oh don't get me started!...

Had a lie in .,,. Padding into the bathroom and ................. Ooh now what do I do?? It was 13-10.25 so I tried again and it went to 13-9.5. Then did it again and it was 13-10.25 again. Eek! Now, sw does not recognise 0.25 lbs so I banked it but I'm thinking this week with it going lower I'm going to take that 0.25 so I'm saying this week it's 1.5 off!! Lisa you were right you psychic weight loss fortune teller!!! With the scales flashing lower too it bodes well if I can keep going.

Hooray. Hope you all think my decision is a fair one & not a big cheat!!! New week starts here and this week I'm aiming for 2 l b off! Have a good day x

A better week ahead? SW working great for you now, essays almost done ... yay. Skinny summer here we come. although, tbh, the idea of being skinny terriffies me and I do not equate 'skinny' with healthy. My strength is important to me.

Botherations to scales that do not consistantly show the same weight. Mine do not seem to match with the SW ones at all these days and apparantly all this sort of electrical stuff need to be calibrated at least once a year. I've never seen signs or ads for scale calibrators have you?

I agree with you on the skinny front - I once lost 4 stone on WW (was still apparently overweight) and I looked like a bobble head!!!!! I defo dont want to lose that much weight and I think aiming for anything close would be "diet" suicide.

I think ill know when Ive done enough (if i get there) and then hopefully maintain it.

Wednesday, ie tomorrow ... eek. Btw, I have two diaries, the one I link to in my sig is just for recipes and I've not updated it for ages, I keep my angst and personal stuff in the Silver Members area as it does get pretty personal.

Here is the page you need to start your own diary Slimming World - Weight Loss Diary at the top left of the page is a bit that says + Post New Thread In Slimming World - Weight Loss Diary. It is a dark bluey grey on my computer. Click on that And you get an area for a title, that is what you will call your diary. Below that is a box to put the text in. It's a great idea for keeping track of your food and feelings. People will soon join you there I'm sure, I'll pop in and say hello for sure.

Also, there is a general diary area if you want that. Pm me if you want it but can't find it. There is also an introductions area but posts there don't seem to get a lot of response. Introductions

The charts showing ideal BMIs do seem rather out, I don't think it's just because we are so used to seeing overweight people now. If you are at all muscular they are way out. I'm meant to be something like 10.5 stone. Heck, I'd look like skin and bones if I weighed that little. I want curves and muscles as well as bones and vital organs.

I'm sure we'll all know when to stop though, won't we.
