Yes I was really pleased last night and relaxed by watching dexter! Today I'm going to do some study at work & if I can take tomorrow off. Then the last essay will be gone. Started it last night so got a few bits down. Weight not looking any less. I just cannot deviate at all or I'm punished! I actually had a very light day yesterday. Frylight egg sandwich, coffees, squash, chilli mince left from sat, grapes, total 0%. I had only 3 syns & 1 b but not on purpose- just so caught up in my essays. Did c25k. But honestly just find it way too hard. Won't be doing that for a while!
Hoping k is back at work today. Will have a lot o go through with her but may even come home this afternoon to study if I can.
A new week!! Could be a tricky one as I'm going to Surrey this weekend to see my niece but will take supplies!! Have a great day xx

I think when exercise becomes very hard or a chore it's time to sod it off and choose something else...maybe you just need a few nights off from it, I don't know I only do walking and the SW exercise class and that nearly kills me off lol
Your day yesterday sounds like the day Im trying to achieve today, but are you eating enough?...
I get just has wound up about your weigh has i do mine lol - maybe a weekend away will do you the world of good chuck

Mutter mutter ... effing badger cull ..... mutter mutter raising in volume. We went to a hide somewhere in an orchard in Hertfordshire I think it was. We went with the Epping wildlife something or other and sat in comfy chairs in what was essentially a big shed with french windows, lights outside and food down for the badgers and some foxes who turned up as well. Maybe you know it?

Had a lie in .,,. Padding into the bathroom and ................. Ooh now what do I do?? It was 13-10.25 so I tried again and it went to 13-9.5. Then did it again and it was 13-10.25 again. Eek! Now, sw does not recognise 0.25 lbs so I banked it but I'm thinking this week with it going lower I'm going to take that 0.25 so I'm saying this week it's 1.5 off!! Lisa you were right you psychic weight loss fortune teller!!! With the scales flashing lower too it bodes well if I can keep going.
Hooray. Hope you all think my decision is a fair one & not a big cheat!!! New week starts here and this week I'm aiming for 2 l b off! Have a good day x

Nope! Ive never seen that either Micci! Im lucky that mine seem to say the same no matter what - i think theyre just bog standard digital scales too, not sure where I got them from.
I agree with you on the skinny front - I once lost 4 stone on WW (was still apparently overweight) and I looked like a bobble head!!!!! I defo dont want to lose that much weight and I think aiming for anything close would be "diet" suicide.
I think ill know when Ive done enough (if i get there) and then hopefully maintain it.
