Diary of a binge eater.

Nice relaxing morning then just pottering around the house this afternoon.

B- bacon,mushrooms,ketchup
L- jacket potato,cheese,beans& salad.
T- pork,potatoes,broccoli, mushy peas, Yorkshire pudding & gravy.

Hex a- milk hex b- 2x wm bread
Snacks- 2x satsumas, apple, berries,pineapple & muller Greek style yoghurt, alpen light bar x2

Syns- ketchup-1,alpen light bars-5,Yorkshire pudding-2.5, cheese-3, gravy-2 yoghurt 0.5
 
Noe word to describe how I feel today exhausted :(

B- pineapple, Greek muller yoghurt
L- chicken korma rice & green beans
T, pork stir fry, onion,mushrooms, garlic sugar snap peas, egg noodles & broccoli

Hex a- milk hex b- cashews
Snacks- apple,pineapple
Syns- crisps-6,sweet & sour sauce-3,yoghurt-0.5,alpen light-2.5 hot choc-2

Went to weigh in last night lost 3.5 lbs. really happy with that as it wasn't a perfect week. I'm ready for a really good week now I've got my head around things again.

Just been to aldi & stocked up so here's to a brill week.
 
Had another really busy week. I'm only two weeks in and I've already slipped into the bad habit of not having any time for myself. It's hard work juggling everything but it's got to be done so I gave myself a good talking to. Couldn't get to weigh in this week as I was busy & due to this I've struggled to focus. Here's today's food- EE B- 2 slice wm bread (hex b) mushrooms,onion,egg L- mini sw quiche (batchelors mushroom & garlic pasta sauce, onion,mushrooms, cottage cheese & salad T- pork, broccoli, spring greens, 1 Yorkshire pud, sw roast potatoes & gravy Snacks- banana, weight watchers dessert yoghurt, frozen berries & muller choc & raspberry yoghurt Syns, gravy1.5, Yorkshire pudding 2.5, mayo 2 low low cheese only had a sprinkle-2 sugar-2Total- 10

I can imagine it must be sooo hard getting time to yourself with a little un. I ofter think there's not enough hours in a day & only have myself to look after! Hope you manage to find a bit more this week. X

Got home & oh doesn't even ask how I've got on would love just a teeny bit of attention but no his computer & phones more important

Ugh had an awful night, been up with a sickness bug still feel shocking.
Haven't tried to eat anything yet but may try a mug shot later.
 
Today's food- B- nothing Lunch-nothing Tea - mug shot (roast chicken) Hex a- milk in tea hex b- 2 wm bread Syns- 14 syns in mentos mints couldn't find official sun value , large cola bottle-3, extra slice of bread-2.5

Feeling much better today. Appetite is returning. Liked the number on the scales this morning hope it doesnt shoot bk up :) B- pineapple,mango,melon &ww yoghurt L- batchelors roast chicken pasta box ( freebie from sw) & grapes T- BBQ beef mug shot, wm bread. Hex a- milk hex b- wm bread Syns - ww fruit crumble biscuit-4.5, walkers squares-5 baby bel-3 hot choc- 2

Well last night went tits up, hunger returned with avengence. Ended up munching on crisps, snickers,choc egg, extra bread :)

Oh well as they say today is a new day. I'm visiting my grann & she's cooking hopefully it will be something I can fit around plan.

The sun is shining here it's amazing what a bit if sun can do for your mood.

Terrible week, took emotional eating to a new level.

Oh well today's a new day, weigh in wednesday on track now xx
