Diary of a bouncing back ww'er

I was SO angelic today :) I think I felt that bad and disgusted with myself yesterday that it was enough to keep me on track today.

Completed another stint on the treadmill tonight too so this 5k is not as daunting as I first thought!

Guessing here. I was at a course and had 3 slices of ham, 2pp, salad veg, a tablespoon of curried rice salad 3pp, and a bit of coronation chicken 2pp. I was reliably informed that it is the very light mayo they use hence the low points.

we all have bad times. I thought I had a good week and sts I am so upset but when I look back I had naughty meals. im sick oglf wasting time and money now so im re focused xx
 
Right, I'm back from my weekend away (which was brilliant but a dieters nightmare!). I asked for boiled eggs this morning rather than the fry up the previous day. Planning my lunch, I knew there was a McDonalds in Fort William so decided I would go there and nip into a supermarket for water, fruit etc. to keep me going throughout the journey.

My head is back in it, back in the zone. I weighed myself when I came home and I have put on 4 & 1/2 lbs in the last week.
I put on so easily and find it difficult to take off but I bet there are many out there just like me.

I have been good today and plan to get exercise incorporated into my week too. Hopefully by weigh in on Monday, the damage won't be so bad.

Was in a cleaning frenzy today!! The sun was shining, everything that I could wash went into the machine, floors scrubbed, windows done the lot. I'm knackered!!

Had a more relaxing day today though I did hit the treadmill when I eventually got out of bed. Woke up at 10 and by the time I got my workout, showered etc. it was nearly 12 so missed breakfast and just had lunch. Spent a pleasant afternoon visiting my little niece then visited my parents after dinner. Ate a lot of crap today :-(

M&S, they are in a yellow & black packet, in the fridges with the crispbakes. They are 4pp each. You can buy 2 packs for £3. They also do plain haddock, cod, tuna & salmon. I don't know the pp's of tuna & salmon ones though but I know the others are all 4 each xx

So do I lol, you get a sense of satisfaction knowing what you have made and knowing that it tastes too freaking good! :)

I don't know what we are having tonight, I usually know what we are having the night before but Saturdays are my day off from cooking so goodness knows what I'll end up with :-D xxx

Oh wow, it looks so pretty :)

I'm not very creative when it comes to presentation :-( I just slap it onto the plates lol. How many pp's was it and what was the taco filling?
 
It was 6 for the rice and 3 for the taco cupcakes... http://www.recipebyphoto.com/taco-cupcakes/ this is the link for them.. I didn't put the beans in and I just used quorn mince and small bit of taco seasoning.. And low low cheese :)
 
Started off with good intentions at the weekend then everything went to pot. I was at the movies took a tub of fruit, went to Wetherspoons for dinner and had the chicken & pepper skewers, rice instead of fries, served with peri peri sauce (16pp's)

Got home and then went completely off the rails. Chocolate galore :-( I also had wine, crisps, choc ice, you name it, I had it!! AND I carried on right throughout Sunday!!!
Anyway, got weighed today and put on 3lbs which considering I was away for Easter and stuffing my face over the weekend, I got off lightly.

Now it's the start of a new week, totals are reset, here's to a good week for us all.

I was out most of the day today so my breakfast and lunch ate into my dailies hence the low pointed dinner.
