Started again 3 weeks ago and lost 7lb so far. Had an off day yesterday and thought I'd keep a diary of what I eat to help me and others! Xx
HEx A 350 ml skimmed milk
HEx B whole meal roll
Breakfast: scrambled eggs & baked beans

Lunch: roast Turkey, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, new potatoes, small Yorkshire pudding (3 syns)
Tea: 2 slices ham, lettuce, cucumber (in hex roll)
Fruit salad (pear, apple, satsuma, kiwi) & muller light yogurt
