Yea I think I'll start the fat burning today, as I'm defo in keto now... no hunger apart from the psychological hunger of eating.

Weigh in will be Monday morning, that will be a full week on it. I don't want to sneak a preview as I want a 10lb plus loss this week to give me that kick up the backside.
After the first week I'll try and do it once a week but may start to weigh in bi weekly.
