So second day of SW today. I can't remember entirely what i ate yesterday but i know I had 15 syns. But today...
Today's been a good day i think. I'm still getting the hang of SW and need to cut down on the fibre side of things it seems like!
syns after day 2 - 33/105
- Scrambled egg (HEXA added milk and drank the rest of my allowance) on 2 slices of Hovis wholemeal (HEXB) and 1tsp flora light (1 syn)
- Pink lady apple
- red grapes
- x2 SW chocolate mousse with Alpen Bar base (usually 2 syns for each mousse if using Alpen Light as HEXB but for me it came to 7 syns for both. BUT WORTH IT! YUM!)
- Fruit Pastilles ice lolly (3 syns)
- vanilla and chocolate mullerlight
- Purple Albert Rooster potatoes SW chips!!! So yummy!!! with 2tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)
- Syn Free sweet potato and salmon fishcakes - http://www.minimins.com/sw-sizzling...syn-free-sweet-potato-salmon-fishcakes-d.html - so yummy! But using packet breadcrumbs as i ran out of bread! and not HEXB ... added bachelors rice for 1 syn sooooooo 6 syns.
