Ok so as above my day on Saturday started very well and turned into a food/booze nightmare that saw us leaving the car there and getting a lift home so all SW reservations went out the window. Then yesterday was a booze recovery day so was very much in need of greasy hangover food. Don't know what's up with me and not being able to stay on plan recently GROAN :-(

Anyway been good today abd working on minus syns to make up for my indiscretions....so diary today is

Mixed SF roasted veggies (peppers, red onion, carrot, leeks, mushrooms, courgette)

Natural fat free yogurt FF

1 syn for gravy in the pie when divided by 4 portions
3 syn Alpen light choc and fudge bar
Total syns 4

Exercise a bit FAT 0!! Really need to get my arse into gear and get some exercise done now that I am starting to feel human...ish

I am trying but probably not very well :) no the spag bol had mince meat it but just trying to eat more SF or at least 2/3 on the plate.

Not sure if I understand SE very well. I fancy trying a red week but don't quite understand that one either lol that's why I stick to EE x
 
Hiya!

SE is just 2/3 of each meal is fruit/veggies, all snacks are superfree, HEx or syns. If you have anything that is synned (and not part of the 1/3 of a meal) must be synned at the highest value. You get two Bs and 2 As. :)

Red is pretty easy too. All meats are free and all the orange pages are free. HEx are the usual pages and the Red HExB page. You get two Bs and 1 or 2 As. :)
 
Thanks for the above shrimpy. Going to try again tomorrow. I think it will be easier as I plan on attempting my first ever red day tomorrow :)

Plan is to have for breakfast - porridge and lots of chopped fruit on top (HEA and HEB and SF)

Dinner - tuna salad

Tea - fillet steak in some sort of garlic and mushroom sauce, lots of SF roasted veggies and for my final HEB either a portion of potato made into SW chips or might do some sort of pitta garlic bread

Snacks will all be SF fruit and then would u say 5-10 syns?
Does that sound about right? X

Ok update I went to aerobics and worked my arse off ;-) so yey and feel so much better and motivated. Also I went for the garlic pitta bread WOW it was lovely haven't had any syns yet not sure about having any or perhaps having just a Alpen light bar for 3 syns with fruit....hmmmmmmm decisions ;-)

Update again :)
Had Allen light and Oreo cookie for grand total of 5.5syn

Looks like a lovely EE day. :)

The original plan would have been a good red day, though I tend to save my HExB for cereal/cereal bars etc so would have butternut squash chips. :)

Hey

My today's tea looks like a good EE or tomorrow's meal plan?

Never tried BNS chips before...I actually have a BNS in so that could be a plan. Do they taste similar to chips?

If I used BNS for tomorrow nights tea then I could have porridge for breakfast and then instead of having tuna salad on it's on I could pile it all into a coop pitta bread and make a kebab as such for my HEB x
 
Today. :)

BNS chips taste sweet, not really like normal chips, so I load them with smoked paprika, chilli and pepper and they are AMAZING!
 
No probs. :) I love BNS, I like it roasted with cajun spices too. *drool*

I haven't done any exercise today...well it was too lovely to go biking :) but I did go for a lovely walk with my husband and daughter :)

Having SW sausage, SW Mex burger (in bap HEB) with 28g cheese HEA
Lots of salad and a jacket potato 2nd HEB

Then still have 7.5 syns to play with yey me :)

UPDATE: Ok so my red day turned into an unexpected EE day... Because after I consumed two BBQ corn on the cob(Devine) I had some third sense that was telling me to question whether it was free on red day...therefore went into panic mode to find out, then I did then crapped it thinking SYNS EEEK but then breathed a sign of relief when realised only had a pitta today as i could use the jacket potato as FF if I changed to EE phew panic over :) haha

So tea was

1 SW sausage (spicy yum) FF
1 SW burger (Mexican) FF
2 corn on cob FF
Sautéed mushrooms and red/White onions SF
Plate of salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, peppers, carrot and mushrooms) SF
1 medium jacket potato (no butter) FF
