It's like extra easy..

You eat 3 meals a day- in those you have 2/3 superfree and 1/3 free (either green, red or both)
All snacks must be superfree, HEx or Syns.
You get 2 Bs and 1-2As
Take syns at the highest value.

Shouldn't really put them on here but here's a photo of cupcakes I have made... (to follow)

Definitely want to do that and own a little cKe shop already know where...just got to make some money first haha :) x
 
Chocolate orange cupcakes with a chocolate buttercream frosting...totally not SW friendly but SOOOO yummy :) working on SW friendly recipe so will keep you all posted. X

After an emergency time to a&e with my daughter (she's ok) last night and approx 5hours sleep before work means I am super tired. Was meant to be making stir fry/chicken kebabs but can't be bothered so switched to EE day and just having leftovers a bath and then jumping into bed.

Jillian's here hey therefore 6am tomorrow is day 1 of shred so will take all measurements tomorrow and report back either after level 1, level 2 and finally level 3 has been completed or just at the end wish me luck :)
 
The cupcakes look utterly heavenly- or really rather wickedly synful but yumzer!

To be honest I am ok at the moment but that's possibly due to the twice weekly aerobics...I did say that my instructor was hardcore haha. But I might get into that lull in a few days time as I do try to exercise about 4 times a week...7 days a week over 30 days? Hmmm not so sure haha. I may go onto level two after 5 days...but we shall see as I have got to be up about 5.30-5.45pm to do it tomorrow as it's a work day for me x
