I didn't feel too bad doing it, sweated like a mofo, but didn't feel too bad, til the next day when I was stiffer than a stiff thing! lol. Though, Level started today and DAMN is that one tough!

Ooh dear. It's good that your so many days ahead...I know what's in store for me haha come 6 weeks tomorrow I won't be able to move when I am on holiday haha x

Can't and won't work out the syn's for today...I wanted, needed and don't regret having a day off yesterday so not going to count it in my syns just going to allow myself the at least 5 a day rule for the rest of the week...weighing in on Friday's now so not worried.

Very yummy but very syn full but I am having a week off. Think I have been too focused on loosing more weight for my holiday recently and as this diary says..."a maintainer" I shouldn't be trying so lose so I am having a weekend off and I am getting back onto plan ish today then full on tomorrow and then only going to weigh in on a Friday and have my weekends off as I Need to relax a little.

Jillian is good am on day 9 at level 1 so nearly onto level 2. Eek! Going to take Jillian with me to turkey :) x
 
Level two is hard, but three is MENTAL!

10syns isn't too much though! I have about 12 a day, sure and it's under the 15!

Well I actually had more on top of that...I haven't actually updated it as it would be far too many to even count...had a massive veg samosa (from the fresh deli counter at tescos) and two spoonfuls of fried rice, then popcorn with our movie and a chocolate :) but I have enjoyed it. Have been too focused on trying to lose more for holiday which is silly as have lost another 5lbs so having weekend off and then will carry on as normal tomorrow and weigh on Friday and see what it says. Ideally prob could do with putting back on and getting back to 8/8 although after this weekend don't think that's going to be hard to do haha x
 
Well, as long as you enjoyed it and as you say, it's not about losing anymore, it's about STAYING HERE! :D

I am still enjoying it haha :) OH said have gone too thin so aiming to get back up to 8/8 and Hoover around there. So just made red velvet chocolate cheesecake brownie...just tried some it's yummy x
 
Lucky girlie! I can only dream of needing to eat Red Velvet cupcakes...
