Yay!
A successful day.
I only had one glass of wine and a bowl of porridge for a snack.
I've not had a chance to go through my stuff, but I'm sure I'm ok. Will try to read up tomorrow.

Well done, it feels nice being back on plan doesn't it :) and good in you for only having one glass of wine, that takes a lot of will power lol
 
Saturday 3rd August - Green Day

Hmm, should've read my stuff before I started eating, my day has been ruined by crumpets.
I wouldn't mind, but I don't even like crumpets that much
:(

A - Milk
A - Laughing cow light (only one triangle, just found out I can have 5!)
B - Oats
B -

Breakfast - Porridge

Lunch - Crumpets (9) EVIL CRUMPETS! And laughing cow

Dinner - Dunno yet

Snacks - Limited due to crumpets...

I agree, evil crumpets! You could still have a packet of crisps or something for 5 syns if you need something. Don't let it make you feel deprived tho, I know you said you're going out tomorrow but you could always use a few syns from tomorrow's allowance if it will help :)

So far the weekend has been good ta. We had quite a heavy night last night cos it's Rob's birthday today, so we're both feeling a bit rough ;)
Last blast and all that, so now I'm going to get stuck in and no more messing.
Will pop over to yours for a catch up x
 
Been having a clothes sort out, I have ridiculous amounts of clothes but wear the same stuff day in day out. I have 3 size ranges in both ordinary clothes and holiday clothes, and it's depressing so I've decided to rationalise it.
My large stuff is a bit loose, so has been charity bagged or put in a pile in my office, I'm going to get some of those vac bags and store it away. I know it seems a bit defeatist keeping it but I've got rid of stuff in the past then had to re buy.
My medium stuff is a bit snug, but it should keep me on track trying to get it to fit better.
My small stuff is all together now and in the drawers under the bed. I dumped a lot as I've gone off it in the zillion years since it last fit!!
So I'm all organised and have stuff I'll actually wear in my main wardrobe :)

In the spirit of keeping a diary I will report what I have...

Brunch - crumpets and laughing cow

Afternoon snack - pitta pizza

Dinner - Chicken tikka pieces, boiled rice and a bit of raita. I might steal a bit of nan too.

Don't think I'll want wine after last night cos my head is still thudding ;)

Tomorrow SW starts properly!

Does everyone have 105 syns a week?
 
Hi Mandy, hope you feel more human soon.

I try not to have too many syns and my plan was to go to 10. I have heard recently that if you cut back too low you may have nothing to cut back when near target.
On the other hand I know ladies that have 15 syns every day and still lose weight.
My syns were not good yesterday 20 I think it was but that can easily be adapted.

I have to put mine on here tho otherwse I am not really accepting what I am having.
What about you
 
Well Mandy I've also indulged AGAIN over the last few days. We go out, I have good intentions but when everyone else is drinking and eating all the goodies I find it hard to say NO. From tomorrow we have no more socialising until 15th & 16th so I am going to stay on track now.
 
Doreen, from now on I'm going to put everything that crosses my lips on here! I'm going to have 15 syns a day and see where that gets me.
Christine, I know exactly where you're coming from! Fancy a 10 day challenge until your next event? Surely we can both be good until then?
 
Hi I don't know if this will help you, I was only eating a few syns being really good but then after a few days I would be naughty someone suggested to me to eat all my syns or flexi syn when naughty and to my supprise it seems to be working and has stopped me binging too. It's worth a try may work for some and not for others but who knows fingers crossed it works for you Xx

Good luck will pop by and see how you are getting on I've just started red days yesterday was doing EE but can't get my head around so many carbs and don't feel I'm loosing as much as I'd like to so I'm giving red/green a go for a few weeks
Hope you feel better with more syns I tend to use mine for a bit more flavour with things then I don't feel so deprived but when* week is looming its chocolatey things lol hope you do well Xx

In answer to your qu, I always have at least 10 syns a day and it seems to be working (on a week I'm 100%). I feel hard done by if I have less than that lol

I feel like I'll be letting everyone down if I mess up so it just might be the motivation I need.

Lesley, I stick to mainly green because I struggle with eating a third of a plate of super free. I find it restricts me slightly so I don't go completely mad.

I'm still good to go, but unfortunately I had a lousy night so I'm going to have a hungry day. I had porridge for breakfast and I'm starving already!
