Diary of a serial dieter...green/red days

Started SW today and have decided to keep a diary on here with the hope that it will keep me on track. First WI was yesterday and i was 14st 7lb. Ideally I want to lose 3 stone by next May, which is when I get married. So here goes......

GREEN DAY

Breakfast - Mandarin Muller Light Yoghurt

Lunch - 3 x light babybells (HEXA)
fresh pineapple
Low Fat Supernoodles chicken and herb
Activia Fat Free Snackpot Cherry

Dinner - Brocolli and Cauliflower Soup
70g Light Philedelphia stirred in (HEXA)
2 x Weight Watchers Petit Pain (HEXB x2)

Snacks - 2 x Clementines
1 x Banana
Handfull of Grapes

Syns - 3 x 10g servings of Weight Watchers Dairy Spread. = 1.5

Excersise - 30 minute brisk walk.
 
RED DAY

Breakfast - Activia Fat Free Snack Pot
Banana
Clementine
1 x Alpen Light Cereal Bar (1/2 HEX B)

Mid Morning Snack - Ham
3 x Extra Light Laughing Cow Triangles (1/2 HEX A)
Pineapple

Lunch - Omlette - Lean Bacon, Spring Onion, Mushrooms, 45g Mozzarella (HEX A)

Dinner - Chicken
Salad
Fat Free French Dressing
Asda Wholmeal Pitta Bread (HEX B)

Snack - Alpen Light Cereal Bar (1/2 HEX B)
Muller Light Yoghurt
Strawberries

Syns - Maggi So Juicy - half bag = 4 1/2 Syns :eek:
2 x tsp Cooking Oil = 4 syns
 
GREEN DAY

Breakfast - 2 Boiled Eggs
2 x Slices Wholemeal Bread from 800g Loaf (2xHEXB)
Clementine

Lunch - Chicken Mugshot
Banana

Dinner - Jacket Potato
140g Philedelphia Light (2 x HEXA)
Baked Beans
1/2 Packet Savoury Rice
Salad
Fat Free French Dressing

Snack - Muller Light
Pineapple

Syns - 2 x 10g Weight Watchers Dairy Spread = 1 Syn

- Will probably have a Muller Light for Supper
