Well!!! I start Uni on 19th September. I am starting the Exante meal replacement diet on Sunday. I was 17 stone 3 today, could be more tomorrow who knows.

I have lost 24lbs myself over the last 6 months which ain't bad but as I have uni coming up I want to lose as much as poss... as you can see by my photo (bearing in mind I was pulling my head back and so my chin looksworse than it is!!) I look completely different now than I did when I was slimmer (the b+W) photo. I remember thinking I was fat in the b+w buyt looking now I just want to slap myself.

So this diary will be updated everyday and I will update once every two weeks with a photo for visual aid!!

what sort of diet are you thinking of following?

Total Meal replacement diet like Exante or Avidlite.
Basically my emotions and food are linked closely and I think I need to eradicate food and deal with shakes soups and bars!! I think even at least 4 weeks would help me on my way

i know what you mean, i did a TFR lipotrim i just needed to cut all my ties with food. im eating again now and still losing weight. you just need to be in the right mind set to suceed and you sound as if you are.

I'd love to lose 3 stone before uni which is doable as I do walk 6 miles a day as well :)
We shall see!!!!! I am going to weigh in next Friday I wonder what I manage

Well my shakes came yesterday I made a strawberry one this morn and it was lovely but when i tried to make it at work, i didnt measure the water, there was too much water and it was gross! i didnt want to use milk so attempted water. hmmmm
no weight loss as I gave up and scoffed on cookies.

start again tomorrow!

what shakes did you decide on?

everyone slips up you have the right mental attitude and you can do this. good luck for tomorrow :)

i had noticed that the water from the tap was making it slightly unbearable. I hink I will have to have a bottle of ice cold water in the fridge everynight.

I had a shake for breakfast and then ive had eggs and noodles for lunch then will have a shake for dinner. i will have JUST shakes tomorrow onwards. i think i need some soups though i dont know if i can manage shakes everyday

Well I have bought a hand blender from argos. £4.89 bargain woop

I am at 17 stone 2, which is good because I had gone back up to 17 stone 7 last week, however was forced to eat Maccy Ds with my siblings today. Yes forced...well you know what I mean. Either way I've managed 1755 calories today....which is less than my maintenance weight but I think I will be going for a long walk today!!!

Oh and now I have my blender I can blend shakes to my hearts content. Offical start tomorrow. No more food! I've had one last binge and time to say goooood byeeeee to food!

i did it i managed a whole day without food!! actually feel good, drank 5 pints of water, thats about 3 litres i think and had 5 shakes. I bought a shaker bottle thing and they are actually really goood!
