Diary of getting to 8 stone!

Decided to start a diary for a bit of accountability!!!!!!

Quick background- lost about 10lbs last year going from 9st 6 to 8st 10. Put on about 3lb over Christmas, lost all motivation and managed to end up hovering around 9st 2 - 9st 5 for most of 2012 ugh! I kickstarted it all again about 2 months ago and have managed to get down as low as 8st 11.5 so am almost back there! (Although todays sneaky weigh in did say 8st 13!). Aiming for 8st 7 for Christmas and then 7st 7ish by next Sept! Anywayyyy will be posting my food here!

I change the way I point things sometimes, at the moment I am doing 24 dailies and 84 weeklies- because I just have so many nights out to spend weeklies on! (Should be 29 weeklies and 49 dailies) Will go back to normal when things calm down a bit and may eventually get down to 26 daily and 49 weekly!

Monday 5th November- Weight 8st 13.25

Breakfast:
Apple, nectarine, grapes, pineapple, orange 0
fun size malteasers- ooooops - was too close to my bed :( 2

Lunch:
Half of a mortons meditteranean roll (chicken, goats cheese, sundried tomatoes) - making a guess at the value, would rather overestimate than underestimate so am going with 8!

Dinner:
Second half of my roll! 8

Snacks:
Mini cadburys choc 2
Hot choc 2
Fruit salad 0

Total: 22/24 points

Cool, I've subscribed to yours too! You are the weight I wanna be by this time next year haha I def need to look at what you're eating :)
 
I suppose if I even see a 7 on the scales I'll be happy! ha

Tuesday 6th NOvember. 8st 12.75lb

Breakfast:
Apple, pear, orange, grapes 0

Lunch:
Pre made cajun chicken salad 10

snack:
2 x ww choc chip and oat biscuits 2
4 squares of terrys choc orange 4
mini cadburys dairymilk 2

Dinner:
small bit of weightwatcher sweet and sour chicken 6

Total: 24/24 (104/84 weeklies)

Too much choc and snacks!! Still hungry now but gonna go to bed early ha

Day three: 8st 12.5

Another bad choc day.....worked 9am-8pm today so cheered myself up with choc ha

Breakfast:
Apple, pineapple, grapes, orange, pear 0

Lunch:
Mortons cajun chicken salad 10

Snacks:
funsize cadburys 2
2 squares terrys choc orange 2
hot choc 2
fruit salad 0
cadburys ball things 7
gingernut 1

Total 24/24 (104/84 weeklies)

Could have had a good dinner for what I ate in choc today! It's getting into busy time in work where we go out less = less alcohol and less points but longer days with more stressful work = more choc and more points! Can't win ha
 
I'm an accountant ha worked 13 hours today, it's pretty **** so I eat pretty **** stuff to make myself feel better ha :)

Thursday 8th November 2012 8st 11.25

Half a veggie burrito...gonna guess at 10?

Dinner/2 min snack break in work ha

Half a choc brownie 8

Total 28/24 (108/84 weeklies)
 
Haha wouldn't have a clue about geometry sorry! Been a long time since I did maths, good luck with it! :)

Friday 9th November (Weigh in day!) 8st 12.5- half a pound off from last Friday!

Breakfast:
Apple, orange, pear, pineapple, grapes, kiwi 0

Lunch:
I knew I was going out later so had a lads dinner...was soooo full!
Southern fried chicken, chips, mash, roast garlic potatoes- so many carbs! I guessed at 18 points (It's seriously so much food! ha)

Drink:
Wine x 3 15
Bulmers light x 3 12
Other drink (brandy etc) things got messy here and I dunno how much I had oops so gonna guess 12

snacks:
Choc brownie 8 - ate this after I came home from the club oops
milkyway crispy roll 2

Total:67 points plus 26 that I carried over from last week = 26/26 weeklies and 67/70 weeklies!

Saturday 10th November 2012 8st 10.75- lowest so far!

Breakfast: Nothing, woke up too late!

Lunch:
Chilli with guecamole and sour cream 8

Dinner:
Half a margerita pizza 12

Snacks:
Maxi twist ice cream 5
Choc cheesecake 8

Total: 33. 26/26 dailies and 74/70 weeklies!

Long day of study ahead now and have already started on the choc, oooops! :eek:

I have well and truly got my appetite back after a couple of weeks of being sick and I don't like it! Hungry all the time!!!!!

Sunday 11th November 8st 12.5

Breakfast:
Lots of fruit 0
coffee x 2
choc fingers 5

Dinner:
Lasagne, few chips, salad with honey and mustard dressing and a small piece of garlic bread 15??

Snacks:
Biscuit x 3 3
scone and jam 4
freddo 3

Total: 34/26 dailies, 82/70 weeklies!

Monday 12th November 8st 11.75

2am snack- (so bad!!!!)
mini dairy milk 2

breakfast
Lots of fruit 0

Lunch
Chicken caesar bagel from the bagel factory 12

Dinner
Half a weightwatchers bagel with one rasher, one piece of white pudding and a tiny bit of roast chicken 6

Things went bad from here...

snacks:
apple 0
grapes 0
Half a scone and jam 3
3 x malted milk biscuits 3
random choc bar 4

Need to stop the snacking!

Total: 30/26 dailies, 86/70 weeklies
 
I know I def should get up earlier and have a bigger breakfast, might set me up better for the day, I'm usually starving in the evenings!

Tuesday 13th November 8st 12lb

Breakfast
pear, apple, orange, pineapple, grapes 0

Lunch:
Munchies chicken whoopie on ciabatta - gonna guess at 16

Snacks:
3 x ww biscuits 3
packet of crackers 3
pineapple 0
apple 0

Total:22/26, 82/70 weeklies!
 
Ha I know, it's so annoying I come home not hungry but then get starving just before bed and end up eating loads of bad things!

Wednesday 14th November 8st 12lb

Breakfast:
Fruit! 0

Lunch:
Thai green curry from the market stall outside work, so yum! 18

Snacks:
Choc kimberley 3
half a mars bar 3
apple 0

Total: 24/26 points and 80/70 weeklies

Big night out tonight so am def gonna end up blowing so many points but I am gonna try not go out the weekend to make up for it! :)
 
Well done on your achievements so far!

A goal weight of 7 stone 7 is very low though - even at 5 ft 2. I am 9 stone and 5 ft 4 and am a size 8 with a not particularly tiny frame. Are you very 'small? '

Thanks! :) I'm not really sure what I'd look like at that weight, really I'd just like to see a 7 on the scales ha. I might stop at about 7st 13 depending on how I look and feel at that weight, haven't been that weight in over six years!

Drink: oh god I have no idea but it was a LOT, gonna say 40 :(

Friday 16th November

rasher and half a toasted weightwatcher bagel 4

Lunch:
Vegetarian tikka masala 14

Snacks:
choc 2
cornflakes 4
choc kimberley 3
crackers 3
wine x 3 15

Total: 45/24 points, 83/84 weeklies (This includes 57 weeklies I carried over from last week!)
