Decided to start a diary for a bit of accountability!!!!!!
Quick background- lost about 10lbs last year going from 9st 6 to 8st 10. Put on about 3lb over Christmas, lost all motivation and managed to end up hovering around 9st 2 - 9st 5 for most of 2012 ugh! I kickstarted it all again about 2 months ago and have managed to get down as low as 8st 11.5 so am almost back there! (Although todays sneaky weigh in did say 8st 13!). Aiming for 8st 7 for Christmas and then 7st 7ish by next Sept! Anywayyyy will be posting my food here!
I change the way I point things sometimes, at the moment I am doing 24 dailies and 84 weeklies- because I just have so many nights out to spend weeklies on! (Should be 29 weeklies and 49 dailies) Will go back to normal when things calm down a bit and may eventually get down to 26 daily and 49 weekly!
Monday 5th November- Weight 8st 13.25
Breakfast:
Apple, nectarine, grapes, pineapple, orange 0
fun size malteasers- ooooops - was too close to my bed

Lunch:
Half of a mortons meditteranean roll (chicken, goats cheese, sundried tomatoes) - making a guess at the value, would rather overestimate than underestimate so am going with 8!
Dinner:
Second half of my roll! 8
Snacks:
Mini cadburys choc 2
Hot choc 2
Fruit salad 0
Total: 22/24 points
