well done everyone im starting on saturday after my birthday (21st!!) i hope to loose 63 lb which would take me down to 9st7lb for my wedding 5 june next year.

any tips to help me keep motivated would be very nice

thanks kellymarie- i found visiting this forum a few times a day great support and it really kept me going at times when i felt like giving up, u will have no probs loosing the weight for ur wedding, have a great 21st birthday! x

im so glad I have insipred u, to be honest I didn't take any photos during as I hate having my picture taken, I only really took them the other day so I could decide whether to finish the diet or not. Wait a few weeks and then take more pics and u will see a big difference!
