So my norm sch has been 9:30 shake 11:30 apple 1:30 salad 3:30 snack 5:30 dinner 8 snack.

Today being saturday and my man being home with the kids I slept until 11 am !!!!
I skipped my shake and ate my apple at noon then ate a pizza bread at 3 ish which was 560 cals then ate a lean cusine for dinner that was 300 cals I know my calls i know my calorie intake was only 970 and I drank all my water but I just kinda felt off all day. I am happy that i didnt just pig out or ne thing though so here is to getting up early :0( I like to sleep in lol) and keepin my sch everyone have a wonderful sunday!!!!
